Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
 
 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Europe, the United States, Canada, and many international destinations.
 
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the legal status of iboga products in their country or region before placing an order. We cannot guarantee delivery to locations where the product may be restricted.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and postal service used.
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
 
Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping carrier details.
 
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in secure and discreet packaging to ensure privacy and product protection during transit.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
 
However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
 
Refunds Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product arrived significantly damaged
  • The order was lost during shipping
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
 

Non-Refundable Situations We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Orders delayed due to customs
  • Packages seized by customs
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after shipment

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate solution.
