Age

The customer must be 18 year of age or older, for him or her to be able to place an order. Every order is therefore considered to be submitted in compliance to this condition.
 

Account

When creating a customer account, you must enter your complete and accurate details asked for. Failure to do so may cause delay in the delivery process or the return of your shipment. We are not responsible for delivery problems due to data that was incorrectly entered, when creating an account with us
 

Order Confirmation

Given the nature of our products, we consider communication with our customers, prior to shipping, paramount.
 

Product Purpose

None of our products are sold or intended for the purpose of human consumption or cosmetic use. Our products are botanical specimens of ethnographic value and interest only and are delivered with no expressed or implied usage for any purpose. Although we pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality products, and guarantee that our products are genuine, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the product in regards to the way the customer decides to use it. Natural products vary, and we have no control over the conditions of use. We cannot replace nor refund products or be held responsible for their effectiveness or lack thereof.
 

Product Support

Our products are delivered with no expressed or implied usage for any purpose. We do not provide nor communicate about usage of our products.
 

Return Policy

Parcels may be returned within 14 days after having received the parcel.
 
The contents may only be returned in its original packaging, unharmed or unused in any way due to hygienic reasons.
 

Returned Orders

If a shipment is returned for any reason beyond our control, and the customer wants it to be reshipped, shipping costs will be charged.
 

Refunding Returned Orders

When in transit for extended periods of time, herbs or herbals may lose their value. We do not restock returned products, thus we cannot fully refund returned orders. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund shipping costs. For refunds an administration fee will be charged
 

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery times can be found on our website during the ordering process, but we can not guarantee the delivery times and can not be held responsible for delays. Customs or plant inspection authorities may examine your parcel and delay the delivery. Customs is beyond our control.
